Lok is the son of Gorok and Gara, a caveman and his wife who befriend the Butlers, a modern family who stranded in prehistoric times.  Their adventures are depicted in Valley of the Dinosaurs, an American animated television series, which debuted in 1974 on CBS and produced by Hanna-Barbera Productions.

Lok is a teen-aged cave-boy, with long, blond hair, a strong, chiseled face, and a youthful, athletic build, covered only by a leather loincloth.

Will is the son of Rick Marshall, and, with his sister Holly, is lost in an alternate universe inhabited by dinosaurs, a primitive hominid tribe called the Pakuni, and aggressive lizard creatures called Sleestak.  Their adventures are portrayed in Land of the Lost, an American, Saturday morning television series, which debuted in 1974 and was produced by Sid & Marty Krofft Television Productions.

The four-picture series "Lok in Land of the Lost" was one that I commissioned from Bowen12a through DeviantART in 2017 and 2018.

I would have loved a crossover between the two 1974 Saturday morning series Valley of the Dinosaurs and  Land of the Lost, and a meeting between Lok and Will Marshall.

This picture is fan art and intended to raise interest in Lok and Valley of the Dinosaurs.  Will Marshall was introduced as a romantic interest.  This is an original scene and did not appear in the series.
