Monkee Risks Drowning

Monkee Risks Drowning by bondageincomics
Davy Jones is a member of the musical band the Monkees.  Formed in 1966, they were the subject of a television series, created by Bob Rafelson and Bert Schneider, about their adventures as a struggling, unknown rock band.

Davy had brown, mop-top hair, an adorable, boyish face, and a firm, young physique.  Cute, short, and English, Davy was the show's resident teen idol and had many romantic story lines and shirtless scenes.  The series lasted two seasons.

The picture "Monkee Risks Drowning by bondageincomics" was commissioned from an artist through DeviantART in 2016.

This picture was inspired by the episode "Royal Flush".  After rescuing a princess from drowning, Davy is threatened by her uncle Otto, who slyly notes that a person who rescues a drowning person risks drowning himself.

Cute, short, and wet, Davy looked so exposed and vulnerable, wearing only his red swimming trunks and being threatened by the villainous aristocrat and his large chauffeur/henchman Sigmund in black.

I imagined that Otto would order Sigmund to seize Davy, tie him up, and keep him in the trunk of the car while they decide how to dispose of the young hero.

This picture is fan art and is intended to promote the appreciation of Davy Jones in the 1966 television series "The Monkees".  This is an original scene and did not appear in the movie, the television series, or any other derivative material.

Mrs. Leugenaar:  I love riding with you Korak! I feel much safer with a strong handsome young man riding with me.

Korak:  I enjoy riding with you too Mrs. Leugenaar. You’re a beautiful rider.

Mrs. Leugenaar:  You’re so sweet. Call me Annie.

Korak and the Leugenaars 3 by jen-and-kris

Mr. Leugenaar:  Good afternoon Korak. I see that you've been riding with my wife again.

Mrs. Leugenaar:  Sorry Lee. I just feel more comfortable with a strong set of muscles around me, and you were busy again, so it's partly your fault too.

Korak and the Leugenaars 4 by jen-and-kris

Mr. Leugenaar:  Well, I'm here now, so we shouldn't be imposing upon young Korak's time and good will any further. Take care of yourself Korak. Give my regards to your parents.

Mrs. Leugenaar:  I'll see you later Korak. Thanks for taking care of the horses.

Korak is the Honorable Jack Clayton, son of English Lord John Clayton, Viscount Greystoke, also known as Tarzan, lord of the jungle.  He is the hero of a 1915/6 magazine serial and 1917 novel by American writer Edgar Rice Burroughs and a 1920 silent movie serial, as well as a character in several other Tarzan stories from 1914 to 1924.  He experienced a revival in 1964 as the star of his own comic book series and as a major character in various Tarzan comic books, pages, and strips from 1966 to 1978.

Korak strives to emulate the heroics of his legendary father but lacks his strength, maturity and experience.  Therefore, he is more likely to enter into dangerous situations and more vulnerable to being defeated.

Annie and Lee Leugenaar are a wealthy married couple who are neighbors of Greystoke Ranch in Africa.  The handsome, athletic son of Tarzan innocently agrees to be Annie's riding partner.

This 5-part picture series "Korak and the Leugenaars by Bowen12a" was commissioned from an artist through DeviantART in 2016.

These pictures are fan art and intended to raise interest in and appreciation of the Edgar Rice Burroughs character Korak.  These are original scenes and did not appear in any comic book, page, or strip.

Angel in Bondage

Angel in Bondage by bondageincomics
Angel is an original character whom I share with the artist bondageincomics at DeviantART.  He is an angel.

He has blond, shaggy hair, a cute, boyish face, and a firm, young build.

The picture "Angel in Bondage" was one that I commissioned from bondageincomics in 2016.

Batman of Rhodes

Batman of Rhodes
Batman and Robin are the Dynamic Duo, the vigilante crime-fighting aliases of millionaire playboy Bruce Wayne and his youthful ward Dick Grayson.  Batman starred in his own DC comic book series since 1939, and Robin was introduced in 1940.  Batman and Robin were played by Adam West and Burt Ward, respectively, in the 1966 television series on ABC.

Batgirl is best known as the crime-fighting alias of Barbara Gordon, a librarian and daughter of Police Commissioner Gordon.  After initially appearing as Betty Kane from 1961 to 1964 in the DC comic book series, she was reintroduced in 1967 in both the comic book series and the 1966 television series, with Yvonne Craig as Ms. Gordon.

The picture "Batman of Rhodes" was commissioned from the artist jackcrowder through DeviantART in 2016.

This picture were inspired by the sculpture of Laocoon and His Sons, with Batman taking the part of Laocoon and Robin and Batgirl taking the part of Laocoon's sons.

This picture is fan art and is intended to promote the appreciation of Burt Ward’s portrayal of Robin in the 1966 television series “Batman”.  This is an original scene and did not appear in the movie, the television series, or any other derivative material.

Randy Scott is an original character whom I share with the artist 09tuf at DeviantART.  Young, handsome, and athletic, he is an all-around, all-American boy with classic good looks, being a star quarterback in the local touch football league, going to church on Sundays, modelling for his dad's exercise equipment company, and spending time at the gym, shaping and sculpting his muscles.

Although he skis in Colorado and drives around town in his own Honda motorcycle, he is a regular guy who works hard for what he gets.  He has stock in his dad's company.

Previous picture:  Randy at a Costume Party.

As expected, Randy makes quite an impression at the costume party as Tarzan.  With his feathered, light brown hair, his cute, boyish face, his smooth, muscular pecs, and his firm, chiseled abs, and wearing only a leopard-skin loincloth, he is noticed by everyone at the party.  Guys wanted to be him, and girls wanted to be with him.  Unfortunately, one of the boys gets jealous and starts acting like a gangster, so the handsome, all-American boy had to put him in his place.

I commissioned a 23-picture series from 09tuf through DeviantArt in 2016 in four pages and seven additional pictures.  Three pictures are available here.  More will be available in "Randy at a Costume Party 3".

Wolverine is the alias of James Howlett, a mutant who possesses animal-keen senses, enhanced physical capabilities, powerful regenerative ability known as a healing factor, and three retractable claws in each hand.  He joined the X-Men, appearing in the Marvel comic book series in 1975, the animated television series in 1992, and various films, starting in 2000.  Wolverine has emerged as a fan favorite and has starred in his own comic books and films.

Korak strives to emulate the heroics of his legendary father but lacks his strength, maturity and experience.  Therefore, he is more likely to enter into dangerous situations and more vulnerable to being defeated.

Korak seeks to improve his fighting skills by challenging stronger opponents.  Wolverine accepts because he frankly relishes the opportunity to demonstrate the sharpness of his adamantium claws on the handsome, athletic son of Tarzan.

The three-picture series "Wolverine vs. Korak by jen-and-kris" was commissioned from an artist through DeviantART in 2016.  Although he is a peak human teen-aged jungle boy, Korak is no match for Wolverine.

This series is also meant as a representation of the inability of traditional heroes to compete in the superhero era in terms of popularity and commercial success.

These pictures are fan art and intended to raise interest in and appreciation of the Edgar Rice Burroughs character Korak.  I introduced Wolverine as a bemused sparring partner and potential antagonist.  These are original scenes and did not appear in any comic book, page, or strip.

He plans to go to a costume party as Tarzan.  With his all-around, all-American classic good looks, he would look good in a leopard-skin loincloth.

Robin the Boy Wonder is the eager, youthful sidekick of Batman, the Caped Crusader, the vigilante crime-fighting alias of millionaire playboy Bruce Wayne.  Introduced in 1940 as orphaned acrobat Dick Grayson in the DC comic book series Batman, Robin was played by Burt Ward in the 1966 television series on ABC.

The five-picture series "Wolverine vs. Robin by st00pz" was commissioned from an artist through DeviantART in 2016.

This series was inspired by a scene from the 1948 film Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein, with Robin taking the part of Dracula, played by Bela Lugosi, and Wolverine taking the part of the Wolf Man, played by Lon Chaney, Jr.

Like the sophisticated, elegantly caped Dracula against the hairy Wolf Man, the cute, cocky, colorful, crime fighter Robin appears to be outmatched against Wolverine.

This picture is fan art and is intended to promote the appreciation of Burt Ward's portrayal of Robin in the 1966 television series "Batman".  I introduced Wolverine as a potential antagonist.  This is an original scene and did not appear in the movie, the television series, or any other derivative material.

Lok is the son of Gorok and Gara, a caveman and his wife who befriend the Butlers, a modern family who stranded in prehistoric times.  Their adventures are depicted in Valley of the Dinosaurs, an American animated television series, which debuted in 1974 on CBS and produced by Hanna-Barbera Productions.

Lok is a teen-aged cave-boy, with long, blond hair, a strong, chiseled face, and a youthful, athletic build, covered only by a leather loincloth.

Kim and John Butler are the modern mother and father, respectively, who are lost with their two children Katie and Greg in prehistoric times in Valley of the DinosaursIn the series, they are wholesome parents.  However, introducing some more modern sensibilities and dysfunctions could have made the show more entertaining.

The twelve-picture series "Lok in a Triangle by Bowen12a" was commissioned from an artist through DeviantART in 2016.

In this series, Kim Butler is attracted to the handsome, athletic cave boy Lok, with whom she wants to explore her interest in bondage, sadism, and submission.  Aroused by jealousy, John Butler releases his younger rival from bondage in order to fight him fairly.  Kim is attracted by John's subsequent show of dominance over young Lok and returns to her husband.

This series was inspired by old rumors about the athletic, young actor Vincent Van Patten having an affair with the beautiful actress Farrah Fawcett-Majors from Charlie's Angels while she was married to action star Lee Majors from The Six Million Dollar Man.  The rumor has been vehemently denied, but I think that they would have made a lovely romantic triangle.

This picture is fan art and intended to raise interest in Lok and Valley of the Dinosaurs.  This is an original scene and did not appear in the series.

Robin on a Plaster Horse by st00pz
Robin the Boy Wonder is the eager, youthful sidekick of Batman, the Caped Crusader, the vigilante crime-fighting alias of millionaire playboy Bruce Wayne.  Introduced in 1940 as orphaned acrobat Dick Grayson in the DC comic book series Batman, Robin was played by Burt Ward in the 1966 television series on ABC.

Due to his youth, inexperience, and smaller size, the Boy Wonder is clearly the weak link in the Dynamic Duo, which their opponents often seek to exploit.  Robin is also cocky, enthusiastic, and overly eager to prove his independent crime-fighting abilities, especially to Batman.  He is often in trouble and in need of rescue.

The picture "Robin on a Plaster Horse by st00pz" was commissioned from an artist through DeviantART in 2016.

This picture was inspired by the episode "Batman Stands Pat", featuring Jervis Tetsch, also known as the Mad Hatter.  While Robin is immobilized by the Mad Hatter's mesmerizing hat, Batman is trapped in quick-drying plaster.  The Boy Wonder is tied helplessly to a plaster horse as the villain turns his attention towards retrieving Batman's cowl.

In this picture, the Mad Hatter tickles the Boy Wonder's bare foot.

This picture is fan art and is intended to promote the appreciation of Burt Ward's portrayal of Robin in the 1966 television series "Batman".  This is an original scene and did not appear in the movie, the television series, or any other derivative material.
