Korak and the Hunter (st00pz)

Korak and the Hunter by st00pz

Korak is the Honorable Jack Clayton, son of English Lord John Clayton, Viscount Greystoke, also known as Tarzan, lord of the jungle.  He is the hero of a 1915/6 magazine serial and 1917 novel by American writer Edgar Rice Burroughs and a 1920 silent movie serial, as well as a character in several other Tarzan stories from 1914 to 1924.  He experienced a revival in 1964 as the star of his own comic book series and as a major character in various Tarzan comic books, pages, and strips from 1966 to 1978.

Korak strives to emulate the heroics of his legendary father but lacks his strength, maturity and experience.  Therefore, he is more likely to enter into dangerous situations and more vulnerable to being defeated.

A big-game hunter has come to Africa to hunt a white Bengal tiger which an animal collector had imported from South Asia.  The tiger has escaped and is now free, while the collector has been arrested and is now in jail.

Seeing this as a tremendous opportunity, the hunter suspects that Korak, the son of Tarzan, has an idea where the tiger is.  He also correctly suspects that the young hero would not betray the tiger to the him willingly.  Good.  This gives the hunter the perfect excuse to spend more time with the handsome jungle boy in order to demonstrate his powers of persuasion.

This picture series "Korak and the Hunter by st00pz" was commissioned by dcvillain from st00pz through DeviantART in 2019.
These pictures are fan art and intended to raise interest in and appreciation of the Edgar Rice Burroughs character Korak.  Robin is a potential friend and rival.  These are original scenes and did not appear in any comic book, page, or strip.

Scott and Keith Mitchell are original characters whom I share with the artist 09tuf at DeviantART.  Young, handsome, and athletic, Scott and Kevin are sons of legendary professional wrestler and crossover action star Frederick Mitchell.  In high school, Kevin excelled at various sports, including football, wrestling, and baseball, while Scott excelled at track and field and especially gymnastics and worked as a junior lifeguard during the summers.

Scott strives to emulate his famous father, and, with clean-cut, light brown hair, a strong, serious face, smooth, muscular chest, and a thin, toned waist, he certainly has the incredible good looks of a movie star.  However, he wants to start his career in professional wrestling, like his father, which is a daring choice, considering his size.  He is certainly the runt of the family.

Kevin also strives to emulate his famous father.  Certainly, he has become a successful and popular professional wrestler with plenty of television time, good billing, and a large fan following.  With his good looks, he is also ready to cross into movies.

The wrestling promoter uses the rookie Scott Mitchell as bait to lure his veteran older brother into a long-awaited fight with the legendary Thunder Thug.  The match starts badly for the fan favorite, but, with Scott's encouragement, Kevin manages to turn the tables on the heel.

This multi-part series "Kevin to the Rescue" was one that I commissioned from 09tuf in 2019.  Four pages and 24 pictures are available here.

Scott Hardy is an original character whom I share with the artist FranjoGutierrez at DeviantART.   Scott is an actor, and he has just landed the role of Korak, son of Tarzan, in an upcoming movie from the Lara Croft movie franchise.

Lara Croft is the main protagonist of the video-game franchise Tomb Raider.  She is a highly intelligent, athletic, and beautiful English archaeologist who ventures into ancient tombs and hazardous ruins around the world.  She starred in big-budget blockbuster films in 2001, 2003, and 2018.

In this movie, the Tomb Raider is the star, and the son of Tarzan is the dude in distress.  However, fearing that her handsome, young co-star will nevertheless upstage her, Lara takes advantage of a bondage scene to remind the boy who the star is.

The three-picture series "Korak and Lara Croft 2" was commissioned from FranjoGutierrez through DeviantART in 2019.

These pictures are fan art and intended to raise interest in and appreciation of the Edgar Rice Burroughs character Korak.  These are original scenes and did not appear in any comic book, page, or strip.

Ted Marks and Fred Jones

Ted Marks and Fred Jones2 by Alexander-LR

Ted Marks is an original character whom I share with the artist Alexander-LR at DeviantART.   Ted is an actor who has landed the role of Dorno in a remake of the Herculoids.

Dorno is the son of Zandor, leader of the Herculoids, and his wife Tara, a family of three humans and their five very powerful pet creatures defending their jungle planet.  The Herculoids were the subjects of an American animated television series, which debuted in 1967 and was revived in 1981 on CBS and produced by Hanna-Barbera Productions.

Fred Jones is a fictional character in the Scooby Doo franchise, starting as an animated television series in 1969 featuring four mystery-solving teenagers and their pet dog.  Fred is the apparent leader of the group and seems to be attracted to Daphne.

The 2-part picture series "Ted Marks and Fred Jones by Alexander-LR" was one that I commissioned from an artist through DeviantART in 2019.

These pictures are fan art and primarily intended to raise interest in the Herculoids and Dorno.  I introduced Fred Jones as a potential antagonist and romantic rival.  These are original scenes and did not appear in any movies, television series or any other derivative media.

Dorno and his mother Tara are members of the Herculoids, a family of three humans and their five very powerful pet creatures defending their jungle planet.  The Herculoids were the subjects of an American animated television series, which debuted in 1967 and was revived in 1981 on CBS and produced by Hanna-Barbera Productions.

Due to his youth, her femininity, and their lack of special powers, Dorno and Tara are certainly the most vulnerable members of the Herculoids and are frequently a weak link which their opponents seek to target.  They were often in trouble and in need of rescue.

My blog "Clash of the Former Cartoon Child Stars" introduced Jonny Quest of the animated 1960s prime-time television series "Jonny Quest" as a crossover antagonist, and later friend, of Dorno.  In "Dorno and the Garden of Eden", I introduced Will Robinson of the live-action 1960s television series "Lost in Space".

In this blog, Tara seeks to entertain Dorno's friends.

This four-picture series "Tara and Dorno's Friends by roemesquita" was one that I commissioned through DeviantART in 2019.  Three pictures are available here.

This picture is fan art and intended to raise interest in the Herculoids and Dorno.  These are original scenes and did not appear in the series or in any other derivative media.

The initial picture "Tara and Dorno's Friends by roemesquitacan be found in my restricted blog.  If you are over 18 years old, you may request that I add you to the blog.

Bomba and the Hunter

Bomba and the Hunter by bondageincomics

Bomba is a boy who grew up in the jungle, trying to discover his origin.  Introduced in 1926 through a series of 20 adventure books produced by Stratemeyer Syndicate under the pseudonym Roy Rockwood, Bomba was played by Johnny Sheffield in a series of 12 movies starting in 1949.

This version is based upon actor Luke Halpin, who played Sandy Ricks in the 1964 television series Flipper.  I imagine that Halpin, being cute, blond, and athletic, with all-American good looks, would naturally be cast in another outdoor adventure series, like Bomba

The picture "Bomba and the Hunter by bondageincomics" was commissioned from the artist through DeviantART in 2019.

This picture is fan art and is intended to promote the appreciation of actor Luke Halpin.  This is an original scene and did not appear in the book series, the movie series, or any other derivative material.
