Dorno in Therapy

Dorno in Therapy by Bowen12a
Dorno (to Therapist): I hate Zandor and Tara.  My friends only like me because I'm famous.  My classmates are jealous of me.

Dorno in Therapy 2 by Bowen12a
Dorno (to Therapist): The fans of the show hate me.  The writers keep thinking up new ways of killing me.
Therapist (to Dorno):  You're just projecting your own insecurities upon others.  Nobody wants to kill you.

Dorno is the son of Zandor, leader of the Herculoids, and with his wife Tara, a family of three humans and their five very powerful pet creatures defending their jungle planet.  The Herculoids were the subjects of an American animated television series, which debuted in 1967 and was revived in 1981 on CBS and produced by Hanna-Barbera Productions.

Being a child star can also be an adventure.  They may get fame and fortune, but they also face adult temptations and responsibilities without necessarily being ready for them.  I imagine what Dorno's adventures would be as a child star.

The 2-picture series "Dorno in Therapy by Bowen12a" was one that I commissioned from an artist through DeviantART in 2015.

Having been arrested for drinking and driving underage, Dorno caught a break due to his youth and absence of prior trouble and was only sentenced to therapy and community service.  In this series, shirtless pretty boy Dorno is discussing his problems with a sympathetic therapist.

This picture is fan art and intended to raise interest in the Herculoids and Dorno.  These are original scenes and did not appear in the series or in any other derivative media.
