Korak vs. the Catwoman

Korak vs. the Catwoman by TheRaytrix

Korak is the Honorable Jack Clayton, son of English Lord John Clayton, Viscount Greystoke, also known as Tarzan, lord of the jungle.  He is the hero of a 1915/6 magazine serial and 1917 novel by American writer Edgar Rice Burroughs and a 1920 silent movie serial, as well as a character in several other Tarzan stories from 1914 to 1924.  He experienced a revival in 1964 as the star of his own comic book series and as a major character in various Tarzan comic books, pages, and strips from 1966 to 1978.

As depicted in the comic books, pages, and strips, Korak has a lean, athletic physique, broad shoulders and thin waist, almost no clothing, a cute, boyish face, and full, thick hair.  He is also an intelligent, enthusiastic teen-aged boy with excellent natural instincts and a good heart.

Korak strives to emulate his legendary father but lacks his strength, maturity and experience.  Therefore, he is both more likely to enter into dangerous situations and more vulnerable to being defeated.

The picture "Korak vs. the Catwoman" was commissioned from the artist by TheRaytrix through DeviantART in 2020.  In this picture, the son of Tarzan falls for the seductive charms of Batman's nemesis Selina Kyle the Catwoman.

These pictures are fan art and intended to raise interest in and appreciation of the Edgar Rice Burroughs character Korak.  These are original scenes and did not appear in any comic book, page, or strip.

Dorno and Butch II, Part 2

Dorno is the son of Zandor, leader of the Herculoids, and his wife Tara, a family of three humans and their five very powerful pet creatures defending their jungle planet.  The Herculoids were the subjects of an American animated television series, which debuted in 1967 and was revived in 1981 on CBS and produced by Hanna-Barbera Productions.

Due to his youth and his lack of special powers, Dorno is certainly one of the most vulnerable members of the Herculoids and is frequently a weak link which their opponents seek to target.  He is often in trouble and in need of rescue.

Although Dorno is the son of Zandor, he has little in common with his father, aside from their pageboy haircuts and their blue, shirtless outfits.  He lacks his father's red hair, stern countenance, and powerful, muscular build.

Dorno tends to resemble his mother Tara.  Like her, the boy has blond hair, a pretty face, and a slender, athletic build.  When the time comes, Dorno may be unable to succeed in continuing the strong leadership that his father has provided.

The 8-picture series "Dorno and Butch II by roemesquita" was one that I commissioned from an artist through DeviantART in 2019 and 2020.  Four are available here.

Butch is a tough kid and an antagonist of shirtless pretty boy Dorno.  Gleep is a Herculoid and a friend and frequent rescuer of Dorno.

These pictures are fan art and primarily intended to raise interest in the Herculoids and Dorno.  These are original scenes and did not appear in any movies, television series or any other derivative media.

Korak Rescues Bomba

Korak Rescues Bomba in bondageincomics

Bomba is a boy who grew up in the jungle, trying to discover his origin.  Introduced in 1926 through a series of 20 adventure books produced by Stratemeyer Syndicate under the pseudonym Roy Rockwood, Bomba was played by Johnny Sheffield in a series of 12 movies starting in 1949.

This version is based upon actor Luke Halpin, who played Sandy Ricks in the 1964 television series Flipper.  I imagine that Halpin, being cute, blond, and athletic, with all-American good looks, would naturally be cast in another outdoor adventure series, like Bomba

This is a sequel to Bomba and the Hunter.  In this picture, Bomba is rescued from the hunter by Korak.
